Do you know where the month of April went? If you find it let me know because I don't even remember how I spent it. We had days on the beach, water park, soccer season finale, Church Activities and school (for the girls not me).
My highlight of this month it was hiking "Koko Head" for the first time. I have been living in Hawaii for 6 years but to tell you the true I was afraid of this hiking. I always heard how steep it is, how much your legs hurt and even a little scary when you have to sit down on some steps in a bridge style. Not talking about the number of steps, 1048 to be precised. I found out that everything was true and they are not real steps, they are more like a train trail and the pain in your hips are far bigger than they tell you. It was all worthy though, when you get up there and see the view, you forget the pain, at least until you start going down. And to go down, every Saint helps :) I was amazed to find out that I did in 20 minutes. I could not believe since I was trying really hard to keep up with my very fit friends. I will do it again.
