I know I won't regret sharing this with you guys later but as of today it is really hard and CRAZY! Last week my friend Monica and I were talking about Oprah (I still like her and SOME of her shows) and the Jenny McCarthy invitation. If you watch Oprah you totally know what I am talking about but for you that don't know, Jenny started this "Give it up before Summer" program, where she will be giving up sugar and no eating past 7pm to get healthier. She invited people to join her in ANYTHING that would help you for the next 30 days. The show was very interesting, I do love when they talk about how you can have a better life and be healthier, Tuesday with Dr. Oz is another one of my favorites! Anyway, I decided on telling you the truth that Monica made up my mind to start with her 30 days of something that I could live without and that will be better for me and my body so here goes:
FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS I WILL:
* Give up sugar (not that hard for me, my problem is "bread" and "pasta")
* Give up bread!! (I can't believe I am doing this...:0(
*I already don't eat past 7:30pm but I will start to stop eating at 7pm.
* And last but not least, I will use the 2 and a half hours I have on Mo,Tu,Thu and Friday mornings while Hannah is at pre school and use this time just for me! I'll be running with Isaac daily (The girls from our Stake run a half Marathon every year in July and I want to run with them), I'll be doing my favorite weight training DVD 3x/week (I use the Biggest Looser dvd Volume 1) and doing yoga classes 2x/week.
I know I'll feel guilty at first because I probably should be cleaning, washing or cooking but it will be a lot better for my body and mind! :0)
I will let you know how it goes!
Pretty crazy huh? Jenny McCarthy said we should share this in our blogs, because supposedly it will help us to do it because of the pressure...let's see huh?!

Here is me today with my extra undesired pounds and tons of energy to change it! :0)

And here is Ike after being in the stroller for an hour on a hot day this morning!

Nothing tastes as good as skiny feels!!! That's my moto!!!!
Way to go! I'm sure you can do it. Great blog by the way, your kids are just so cute, and I can't believe Issac is so big now! Where did you move to, i see you're not in town any longer. How fun to see pics of the Harrison's kids too, that's great they're friends. Hope you are all doing well, you all look so great and happy!
