A new project!

I started a new project today.

Every Wednesday I am going to try a new recipe

and try to have more ideas of what to make for dinner.

I feed the missionaries from my Church once a month and

tonight I fed them and my friend Sherryl's family some Brazilian food 

and I tried these roll ups using

carrots wrapped in bacon wrapped in stir fry beef with tons of seasoning.

The recipe is from my friend Bruna.

I cooked it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes and broiled for 10 minutes.

I also made:

Black Beans

White Rice

Brazilian Potato Salad

Baked Chicken

Passion Fruit Mousse

Brazilian Flan
