Since we can't have warm apple cider, hot pies, fireplace going or even wear our boots I planned a welcome Fall outside dinner but with the summer vibe!
We had the Smiths, Baglayons and De Lima Families and Inis who is visiting us from Las Vegas. I was happy because I was feeding a lot of people. 8 adults, 11 children and my baby Sam to be exactly.
I used lemons for my decorations and my menu was:
White Rice
Spring Mix Salad
Baked Salmon with Mango Sauce
Grilled Chicken
(Flavors: Lemon and pepper/ Garlic and Herbs/ Teriyaki)
to drink: "Jarritos"
(Mexican Soda)
and for dessert:
Hawaiian Fruit Salad
(tons of coconut and condensed milk)
Strawberries Danish Dessert
