Today was a pretty normal day, I finally called my sister Marisa's new home. She used to live with my mom until she got settled back in Brazil after living for more than 11 years in Utah. We talked for 90 minutes but don't worry because I call her with Pingo. Pingo and I have a love/hate relationship, I love the price that I pay for the calls but I hate when it doesn't work in busy holidays! Marisa was so happy today, she told me all about her new place and how excited she is. We talked about how quiet her wash machine is, where she hang her Greg Olsen pictures, how close she is of everything, how happy she is having her own home, how fun is to see her things after being in boxes for so long, etc...I love her, she always makes me laugh and has nice things to tell me. I know she loves me too, we are sisters but best friends too! Ma, I wish I could go to visit you and talk/laugh/cry all night. I would love to walk without shoes on your new tile lanai...
**Can you tell I miss you?**

Here is a picture of Marisa and I on the last time I saw her in Curitiba, (our city) it has been too long!
The girls are loving going to school and I love that they kept their teachers from last year! Congrats to Ewa Beach Elementary School for receiving the blue ribbon school again!
I didn't make anything fancy to dinner AGAIN, sometimes I think I am the best costumer of frozen pizzas, canned tomato sauce (sorry mom) spaguettios, hot dogs, mac and cheese, spam, etc...but I do make real dinners, I promise you I do!

We can be "locals" too! Here is my kid's favorite meal with Spam, I love when the hash browns are crispy! :)

Who doesn't like to lick a brownie mix bowl? :)

Isaac yelling that the brownies are ready!
