Changing is good!?

I have been reading a very special blog for sometime now, it is the story of a mother of 4(I can relate to that :) that went through a plane crash, survived and writes almost every single day about hers and her family's life. It is overwhelming to be a mom of 4, at least for me it is, and I do have my days where I need to go and read Nienie's life and how she is living it, well if she can do it I sure can too! She is one of my biggest examples and I decided to make a better record of my family from now on. I do it in English because I know some of you won't speak Portuguese and it would be sad if my own descendants could understand my history right?

Today I woke up to a wonderful view, last night I went to bed at 7pm because of a bad cold, I have been feeling very tired lately and after Church I was just dead! When I went to bed my kitchen was a disaster, do you know when every single dish you own is dirty? Well, when I woke up I came downstairs and had the biggest desire to cry...David had taken care of 4 kids and also cleaned my kitchen to the T! He is AMAZING and I love him so much!!!

I cleaned the rest of the house, made the girls finally clean their room before school starts and took the kids to the park across the street. We stayed there until dark. I am glad Sam is a good baby and goes with the flow :)


PS: Isaac did pick his own outfit today!!!! :)

Dinner was another joke, I grew up eating these rice dish where you can add anything you want into it. Tonight I made white rice, scrambled eggs and prosciutto. I know it looks or sounds gross but it tastes really good :)


I ended the day with a bathtub party, after putting all of the kids to sleep I lay down and watched some TV until David came home from running so I could leave Sam with him and crash on my bed!
