My sweet and smart Belle!

Since Belle started talking she has bombing me with tons of questions, she always has to know what, why, how, when and where. I always have to explain and explain...
Well Belle came home from school today and started making questions about coffee!? Why don't we drink it, what it is inside of it ( yep she is that kind of details person) and bla bla bla... I gave her the answers that I used as a missionary, telling her about caffeine, that is bad for your body, Heavenly Father doesn't want us to have it, etc...I thought it was weird but I know she always asks me all kinds of things anyway. After 5 minutes I went to her room for something and she is in bed crying! I sat down and start asking her what the matter was, what had happened... Thankfully she has never had a hard time sharing her feelings with me so after talking to her a little bit she told me that she had had a coffee candy and she looked at me very sad with tears in her eyes and asked me sobbing: Mom, what am I going to do? Off course after fighting my desire to laugh...I sat down and explained to her that if she didn't know that it was a coffee candy she would be forgiven, that she was fine, no Belle, Heavenly Father is not sad with you, etc... Well I started to think about what I am going to do when she asks me these important questions later...How to teach her that even tough we make mistakes we are ok,we can repent and that Heavenly Father loves us a lot but that is not ok to make mistakes? I want her to know the importance of obeying the rules but I also want her to know how much I love her and that she can have second chances without abusing them! What do you do? Are you there yet? Seriously, does your daughter or son ask you what is inside coffee or anything like it? Oh my my...I am just glad I am here for her and that she can always count with me! Love you Belle!
FYI: Yes, I do think she is funny! :0)
